    Three bedrooms, two of them doubles, one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, complete bathroom.


    Air conditioning in living room, fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, iron and dryer, TV and free Wi-Fi (fiber optic).


    The apartment has a spectacular location, is well equipped and has been recently refurbished.


    The accommodation has two double rooms, spacious and very bright and one with a bunk bed. Totally exterior and is complemented by an L-shaped terrace of more than thirty square meters with direct views of the beach and the sea, which make it special.

    The kitchen has been renovated and the living room has a folding table so you can also eat indoors. And the sofa is convertible into a bed.


    The apartment also has a back gallery with a washing machine and storage closets.


    The building has been recently renovated and includes a paddle tennis court, a children's play area and two swimming pools, one of them for children.

      It is mandatory to present the documentation of all the guests for the local police travelers' registration (according to regulations: Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5). And the payment of the tourist tax, which will be paid at the time of arrival; € 0.90 per person per day. Applies from 17 years old and up to the first 7 days of stay.


      This property is equipped with an alarm system that has cameras. They are closed during the guests' stay. This closure can be checked by themselves.


      The property is also equipped with a decibel measuring device.
